Excited by the prospect of an upbeat, contemporary treatment, the team at European Athletics were more than happy for us to pull together our award-winning Paralympic games team to deliver a hand-animated sequence, emphasising the incredible physicality and movement of the run, jump and throw events.
Deconstructing the EA logo into movement lines, we stayed true to the concept of the mark, assigning a colour to each of the event types. Yellow for a run, orange for jump and blue for throw.
Deliverables: Opening sequence, sound design.
