JumpDay – Mr Norley’s Poker Face
Jump holds regular team bonding afternoons to counterbalance the fact we are a permanent work from home company. It’s our way of keeping a strong company culture going which we believe is super important. We call these sessions JumpDays and the events change each time to cater for everyone’s different tastes.
Our latest JumpDay was themed to celebrate Head Creative Richard Norley’s recent landmark birthday. His favourite hobbies include Poker and Pool – so the team all headed to Q-Shoreditch (funnily enough, only a short hop from the old Jump office) for an afternoon of cards and chips – both of the Poker and fried variety!
Richard was unaware the event was in his honour – until he rounded the corner into Tabernacle Street to find a long line of people wearing ‘Mr Norley’ masks singing Happy Birthday rather enthusiastically. Weirdly, this is not the first time he’s experienced this – but that’s a different story.
